A quick look at what supplements I am using at the moment. I am keeping to PHD supplements for now, for a number of reasons.
Primarily it is one of the brands which promotes drug free athletes, so I am confident that it's supporting my route through bodybuilding. Also, the protein per 100g is quite high, so its servings are smaller, but with just as much protein. The flavours are also pretty nice, which does help! Along with some products coming in flavourless, so you can add it to other food sources such as oats or natural yogurt.

PHD Pharma Whey (Breakfast, pre/post workout, before bed)
PHD Waxy Vol (Through-out the day)
PHD V-Max Pump (Pre-workout)
There are a number of other products in the PHD range which I'm going to be adding to my supplement list which will replace some of my current ones at certain times, and be an addition at other times.
